La Dirección General de Aduanas aplica mejoras al sistema, a fin de asegurar que se produzca el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos para la declaración de las importaciones.

Recordamos la obligatoriedad de declarar la mercancía conforme su denominación comercial precisa y con la unidad de medida que corresponda, de acuerdo con su clasificación arancelaria en el Sistema Armonizado para la designación y codificación de mercancías.

En consecuencia, a partir de este 2 de agosto el sistema rechazará toda declaración que contenga unidades de medidas incorrectas y descripciones ambiguas o genéricas, tales como: paletas, bultos, cajas, rollos, ropa, confecciones y términos similares.
